Job Responsibilities:
The Deputy Director reports to the
(non-resident) Institute President and manages a small team of
international and local full-time dedicated training professionals.
- Developing and executing a coherent
business strategy under the overall guidance of the Institute President
and working closely with management team - Driving, with a high level of autonomy, Institute business development and marketing strategy
- Developing high-quality training
proposals and managing the relation with current and potential clients
at the senior management level - Identifying, engaging and deploying institute instructors as needed
- Organizing and facilitating training events at the school campus and outside
- Managing the budget
- Leading and motivating the small institute team (2-3 professionals and support staff)
Job Requirement
Charisma, strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to represent Institute at all levels.
Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written). Working knowledge of Khmer a plus
At least 4 years of previous experience and track record of results preferably in the education or consulting sectors.
Previous professional experience in
Cambodia and knowledge of the Cambodian market a must. Previous
experience in sales and marketing desirable
Extrovert personality, drive for results and strong interest in Education
Ability to work with people of different geographical and cultural background.
High level of commitment and personal integrity
